All entries and forms are due by Tuesday May 8 at
9:00 pm (8:59) send to Linda Sarrett (linda.sarrett@henry.kyschools.us or sarrettl@aol.com) . If you plan to fax the forms,
send those on Tuesday May 8 before 3:30 pm.After 9:00 pm, an athlete may be added only to replace an injured or ill
competitor, and only if documentation, signed by a physician, is presented to
the KHSAA to cause the need for substitution

published on May 9th by 5:00 pm.Any challenges to seed times need to be sent by 5:00 pm on May 10th.The final performance list will be
released by 5 p.m. on May 11th.A list of competitor numbers will be sent at that time.Competitors number will go on the right
hand with a magic marker.Write clearly
with the bottom of the numbers towards the fingertips.
The information and the time schedule for the regional meet is in the information document below. The forms that need to be returned to me are there as well - PV verification, inhaler and unified documents.
Also, the only forms needed to be sent to Linda Sarrett Mathis are PV verification, inhaler forms and the unified forms
