Fern Creek Sprint Relays

We look forward to having you attend our 1st Annual Fern Creek Sprint Relay Invitational, April 24, 2018.The cost of attending the Invitational is $5 per person, children 10 and under are free. Concessions will be open during the meet. Video coverage will be provided along with a professional photographers.
Entries are due Sunday, April 22nd by midnight via KYMileSplit.
ENTRY FEE-Each school will need to submit $75 per team, both boys and girls. Fee will cover the cost of timer, starter, medals and trophies. Check payable to Fern Creek High School, Attention: Ashley Kardols, Bookkeeper.

Track open for warm-ups 3:45 PM
Coaches Meeting 4:15 pm
Field Events begin 4:30 pm
Unified 4x100 begins 4:45pm
Running Events begin 5:00 pm
ORDER OF EVENTS -All fields events start 30 minutes prior to the running events in the following order: High Jump,
Long Jump, Unified Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus.

All Jumping Events will beopen pit entries You may enter 2 athletes per event, 1 relay team.
UNIFIED EVENTS-We will contest unified events as followed: Unified Long Jump, Unified Shot Put, Unified 4x100 & Unified 2x50
TIMER AND STARTER
CP Timing -Tim Pennington, James Webb, Robert McCoy, & George Eskridge
Starter: KHSAA Certified Coach James Greenlee
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
AWARDS -There will also be trophys for both (girls/boys titles and 2nd place team finishes). We will also recognize a meet MVP for Girls & Boys voted on by each Boys & Girls Head Coach. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each event.
VOLUNTEERS -We will need volunteer coaches to help clerk at the following areas: Relays, Discus, Shot; High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump If you have any further questions regarding the meet or entries.
