Other: The 3200 may be run together (depending on amount of entries)
Only athletes participating in events should be on the football field/throws area. Parents/spectators are required to stay in designated spectator areas.
Only athletes who are competing should be on the field during meet to avoid a large influx of athletes entering/exiting the track during races.
Athletes are required to enter the track in designated areas only, jumping the fences to enter from other areas can result in disqualification for that athlete.
No chewing gum is permitted on the field during competition, and spikes should not be worn into the bathrooms.
Please let your long/triple jumpers know we use fiberglass boards that can be slick (especially if theres any rain) and they may want to jump in trainers.
The meet will be hand timed, so coaches may be asked to assist in timing sprint events. We may also request assistance with exchange zones, and some field events. Special thanks to Coach Baker of Letcher Central for agreeing to run the Pole Vault.
