Time:
5:30pm Football Field Open for Warmups
5:35pm Coaches Meeting at finish line.
6:00pm Field Events and 4x800m Relay
Timing: Timing will be done by CW Timing with FinishLynx fully automatic timing. An Ultrak L10 will be used as backup.
Entries: Entries will be done Online through www.kytrackxc.com and can be accessed through the Tab at the Top of the Area 1 Championship Meet Page. Entry Deadline will be Wednesday, May 4th.
***ALL HEAD COACHES MUST BE MEMBERS OF KTCCCA TO ENTER YOUR TEAM IN THE MEET. AN APPLICATION TO JOIN KTCCCA CAN BE OBTAINED AT WWW.KTCCCA.ORG***
A maximum of four events per athlete. You may enter Two Individuals in all field and running events. One Relay Team per school. Scratches must be finalized by Wednesday, May 4th at 12 Midnight. There will be No B-Teams. NO ADDITIONS WILL BE PERMITTED THE DAY OF THE MEET!

**IF you are a Non-Member and BOTH the Boys and Girls Coach, then Just Pay the $75 once, and the other team would be $45**
