Murray Invitational
WHEN: Saturday, September 7, 2013
WHERE: 719 Robertson Road North, Murray, KY. Near the intersection of Robertson Rd (State Hwy 1660) and College Farm Rd. This is a private farm about mile west of Calloway Co High School. It is also .8 miles south of the flashing light at the intersection of Hwy 121 and Robertson Rd.
PARKING: We will have signs and people in place to direct you to the parking. Team Buses enter the gravel drive at the barn area where you will drop off team members and equipment. Buses will then be directed to Hunters Pointe which is just south of the course for parking during the meet. At the conclusion of the meet buses can return to the barn area to pick up team members. Spectators enter the same gravel drive at the barn. You will then be directed for parking.
COURSE: The course is entirely grass or dirt path. The surface is smooth. There is one small hill that will be run twice in the 5K race.

9:00 AM Coaches meeting (near team camp area)
9:30 AM Girls Varsity 5000 meters
10:15 AM Boys Varsity 5000 meters
11:00 AM Girls Middle School 3000 meters
11:30 AM Boys Middle School 3000 meters
Awards to follow
TIMING/RESULTS:
The races will be timed using an Ultrak L10 with a possibility of using our Eagle Eye Photo Finish System. Results will be compiled using Hy-Tek Meet Manager Software. Results will be submitted to KYTrackXC and KHSAA.

Varsity Top 2 Teams/Top 20 Individuals
Middle School Top 2 Teams/Top 20 Individuals
ENTRY FEES:
Varsity $40/team (boys & girls separate) Limit of 10 for A Team
Varsity B Team $30/team (boys & girls separate) Unlimited Entries for B Team
Middle School $35/team (boys & girls separate) Unlimited Entries
Individual Fee $8.00/individual for less than 5/team
