$40 for a boys team and $40 for a girls team

Where:

Murray High School Track Complex located behind the High School. A new 8 lane rubberized track
with two separate long/triple jump pits, high jump with new pit, pole vault with new pit, shot put ring and
discus ring/cage are near the track. 1/8 pyramid spikes will be strictly enforced.

Parking:

Parents and Spectators use the main parking lot in the front of Murray High School. Team buses use the
entrance off Sycamore Street and park behind the Vocational School. Sidewalks are available to walk to
the track. No parking will be available in the small parking lot near the track or along Johnson Blvd by
the tennis courts. Do NOT drop off athletes on Johnson Blvd. Use the parking behind the Vocational
School for athlete drop off.

Time:

4:45 PM - Coaches meeting near the scoring tent at the start/finish
5:00 PM - Field Events
5:00 PM - Girls & Boys 3200 M Relay with a rolling schedule

Timing/Scoring: Timing will be done by Eagle Eye FAT. An Ultrak L10 will be used for backup. Scoring for the meet will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for open events and relays and will be done using Hytek Meet Manager software.

Awards: Ribbons for 1st 6th place. Team awards for 1st & 2nd.

Entries: Entries will be done online using www.KyTrackXC.com. Entry deadline is 12:00 noon, Friday, April 19,2013. Competitor numbers will be returned to you via email. Write competitor numbers on the right hand
with the knuckles down.

Entry Limits: A maximum of four events per athlete. Entries will be limited to 3 individuals in all field and running
events and 1 relay team per school. No unattached athletes will be allowed to participate, all teams must
have a coach or sponsor from their school. All KHSAA rules will be enforced.

Entry Fee: $40 for a boys team and $40 for a girls team

Admission: Students $2.00 Adults $5.00

Concessions: Concessions will be available and will include: Gatorade, Soda, Water, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers,
Grilled marinated Chicken Strips and Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, Granola Bars, Crackers, Chips, Candy,
Nuts, Fresh Fruit
