Assumption Green
Benefiting the West End School
Assumption High School and Louisville Collegiate School have partnered together to offer a high school track invitational unlike any in the area to benefit the West End School. On April 19 th we will host a track and field invitational with excellent facilities, top-notch competition, and the opportunity to pair high school track with community
outreach to benefit the West End School.
MEET INFO:
This meet will be capped at 16 boys and 16 girls teams.
ENTRIES:
There is a maximum of four events per athlete.
You may enter a maximum of two individuals in all field and running events. One relay team per school.
All entries must be sent using Hy-tek Team Manager. The Hy-tek entry file will be sent at a later date via e-mail to all attending coaches.
Entries are due by Friday, April 12.
Scratches must be finalized by Tuesday, April 16.
No ADDITIONS will be permitted the day of the meet.
TIME LINE:
The meet will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a coaches meeting at 4:30 p.m. We will run the
final heat of the 100 meter dash and the 1,600 later in the meet to highlight these two
events.
AWARDS:
We will recognize the top eight finishers for each event and each event winner(s)
will receive a shoe bag with goodies. Awards will be given to the other seven places
and we will have an award stand set up on the field. Top boys and girls team will
receive a trophy.
CONCESSIONS:
Available on the grounds.
FACILITIES:
Eight lane rubberized track with lights. Starting blocks will be supplied. We have
two long jump pits, a high jump pit, and a pit for shot put.
TENTS:
Are allowed but must be set up outside the track or on the softball field.
ADMISSION:
Adults = $5.00 Children under 8 = $2.00 Meet Program = $1.00
ENTRY FEES:
$75 for a boys team $75 for a girls team
