MileSplit US released its first National Girls Top 25 rankings with the ladies of Assumption High School in Louisville coming in at #10. The defending Class AAA Kentucky State XC Champs became the first girls squad ever to qualify for Nike Cross Nationals from Kentucky. They also won the Class AAA Kentucky State Track team title led by the distance crew winning all three individual events and setting the all-time #1 mark in the 3200m Relay as well with a 9:17.45. Katherine Receveur won the 800m with a 2:15.50, Bailey Davis the 1600m with a 5:03.06, and Emily Bean the 3200m Run with a 11:22.90.
