The KYtrackXC.com Tweet of the Week has been very interesting to watch play out over the last two weeks. Just a little behind to help build anticapation, three are chosen above. With the KYtrackXC.com 5K Showdown last Friday, most of the early attention via Twitter was about the 5K. Notice the choice of Jacob Thomson above. Apparently it worked skipping the dog walking session as he won with a nation's best time of 14:49.75.
Zack Beavin gave a little love and a statement worth seeing about his internet usage and last but not least, Coach Mike Horan came back with a solid response to my tweet " Tweet of the Week battle is getting tough. @coachHoran better step up his game on Twitter to match his running skills." He tweeted straight up about St. X rolling at state last fall in XC and how they were dominating the KYtrackXC.com Tweet of the Week in the early going. I guess he got the last laugh, even though Beavin did get on the list.
