Trevin Peterson is a senior at Walton-Verona High School in northern Kentucky. He ran through the competition in Class A all season long on his way to his first career Kentucky State Championship last November. He is back with hopes of running successfully into December!
KYtrackXC.com: Which do you like better track or XC?
TP: I get that a lot but it’s hard to really say which one I like more, I just truly love to run, I would do all the events in track if I could and I really love the 5k cause it gives me time to think and I just feel a lot stronger in that event
KYtrackXC.com: What is your favorite workout?
TP: I would have to say that my favorite workout would have to be distance ladders or 300 repeats
