Bluegrass Running Camp is one of the best distance running oriented camps in the United States and the best in the State of Kentucky. The camp features top notch instruction from Under Armour Athlete Jacob Thomson and also two of the best coaches in the State, Thomas Cave, Trinity, and Jimi Burress, Bethlehem. Additionally, you get to learn from athletes from every level of college running including athletes from the University of Louisville, University of Kentucky, Bellarmine University, and even the University of Michigan. This is a lifetime experience that you will never forget.
Also, British 800m Champion and Sports Psychologist Dr. Tim Bayley will be on site instructing athletes all week. He will also be hosting small group psychology sessions where athletes will learn how to increase motivation and alleviate stress from their running careers.
Finally, the most exciting part of this year's camp is NCAA Champion Katelyn Tuohy will be speaking and taking questions from athletes via zoom. Who better to learn from than a NCAA Cross Country Champion.
This camp will also feature a coaches panel where athletes can speak to coaches at all levels about what it takes to be a great college athlete and what they look for when they recruit athletes.
