Evelyn Hamilton- Woodford County
Woodford County finished on top in the Bourbon County Colonel Charge this past weekend. Freshman Evelyn Hamliton has already solidified herself as a contender for the 5th spot on the roster in the first race of their season and first HS competition 5k of her career helping her team win by 18 points.
Jennifer Wilson- Bourbon County
At her home meet, Jennifer rounded out her teams scoring five with her 35th place finish and 33pts. Without their top returner and a few others, she stepped up and helped her team to a fourth place finish at the opening race of the season.
Elli Crabtree- Daviess County
Daviess County makes another appearance in the 5th runners of the week after a strong opening week from the team all around. Elli in her sophomore year finished in 45th place at Tiger Run boosting her team to a 3rd place finish right behind duPont Manual running 21:25.71 in her first race of the year.
