Most of you who are familiar with Austin are probably befuddled at the fact that he only landed at #9. However, as stated before, this list is only based on what athletes have run so far this season and although Austin ran a blistering 15:04 KY #1 and US #17 5k, he hasn't raced anything since. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to see Austin rocket up this list next week if he races any time this week/weekend
