I will let the pictures do the talking, but every athlete needs to see this. At the 2016 STATE MEET, the biggest meet of the season, Mikah Bailey (Paul Dunbar) went down and could not get up. So what did Matthew Inman, his teammate, do? He stopped his OWN race to help a teammate finish theirs. Even more impressive is that he allowed Mikah to beat him.
