Congrats to former Kentucky high school runners Bradley Sowder and Luke Garnett. Sowder has been coaching at the high school level for awhile and has become the Head Coach at Spalding University. Garnett, a heavy hitter on the KYtrackXC.com Forum in the early days of the site has been named the Head Coach at Georgetown College this summer. He had quite a bit more hair back then.
