KTCCCA Adds James Webb, Tony Harden, Brian Crumbo, & Burch Oglesby to Coaches Hall of Fame

TONY HARDEN - ST. HENRY

Tony graduated from Bishop Brossart High School in Alexandria, Kentucky in 1995.  Little did Tony know that running would start to dominate his life with success after success in Cross-Country and Track and Field.  During his high school career he was a strong runner that helped lead his team to two team XC Championships.  Under the guidance of Hall of Fame Coaches (Ray Kues and Dave Schuh) little did he know that he would follow in their footsteps and become a member of the KTCCCA Coaches Hall of Fame.  He went on to Northern Kentucky University where he obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Education.  His teaching and coaching career began in the Fall of 1996 when he joined the faculty at his old high school where success continued in the world of running.  He again united with Dave Schuh and picked the masters brain for 5 years as the Assistant Coach of the Girls Track and Cross Country teams.  The team of Schuh and Hardin led the school to 5 consecutive State XC Titles 1997, 1998. 1999, 2000 and 2001.

In August of 2002 Tony moved westward across the northern tip of Kentucky to another small Class A school with a good running tradition.  At St. Henry he took an already successful coaching career and has surpassed even his mentors at Bishop Brossard.  Just look at this 12 year run as he has dominated Class A running circles in Kentucky . . .
