Steele, a senior won the Ashland Invitational with a then season best time 20:45. The Ashland Invitational was Steele's 4th victory of the season. She followed it up with another victory this past Saturday in her home invitational.

Samantha Hentz - St. Henry
Hentz, a senior won by nearly one minute at the Capital View Classic in Frankfort. Her winning time of 20:21 is impressive on a very challenging hilly course. (This course still gives me nightmares from high school in the 1990s)

Tyler Andre - Russell
Andre, a junior at Russell won the Ashland Invitational on September 27th. His winning time of 16:58 helped lead Russell to the team title. He followed that victory up with a win at the EKC Championship.

Vince Turner - Trinity
Turner, a senior at Trinity won the McCallie Invitational in Tennessee with a PR of 15:49. This was Turner's first career Varsity XC win to lead the AAA #1 Shamrocks to a 2nd place finish.
