KY New Balance Entries: Butler's Patrick Gregory is the Top Overall Seed in the One Mile Run

Below are the list of Kentucky athlete that are competing at New Balance Outdoor Nationals in North Carolina this weekend. We have six athletes competing in the individual Championship races which has to be a record. Great job Kentucky for working so hard to get to the top!!!

The top seeds overall for Kentucky come from the Championship Mile. 2013 AAA 1600m Champ Butler's Patrick Gregory and 2014 Class AAA 1600m Champ William Mulloy will go head to head. Gregory is coming off a 4:07.81 last week at the Festival of Miles in St. Louis. That times makes him the top overall seed in the race. Mulloy, just a junior has not raced since state and will be pushing to break 4:10 for the mile

Dondre Mimms, exploded onto the sprint stage in Kentucky this year throwing down a nasty 21.61 at the Region 1 Championship. Kendall Muhammad is coming off a PR 1:53.30 from the Music City Distance Carnival last weekend in Nashville. Ciara Scott and Abbie Wright are in every distance fans favorite event to watch the Steeplechase. The two battled over the water jump at the Eastern Relays with Scott winning by 7 seconds.
