Former Butler great Tretez Kinnaird finished 2nd overall at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships with a 1:48.72. He beat big names including Austin Mudd (Wisconsin) and Zavon Watkins (Penn State.)
He is coming off a PR of 1:47.99 at the Kentucky Relays in April. He was an Indoor All-American on Indiana's Distance Medley Relay. Tretez is the only runner in KY history to run sub 1:50 while in high school.
