Below you will find the 800m times from 2013 scored like an XC race with only 4 scorers from each team. This is not exact science here, but it gives a very good idea of what to look out for in the 4x800m Relay this spring. The scoring part of the far side does not help as much as the Total Time line in the middle.
Pulaski County brings back the Class AAA 800m State Champion in Jimmy Goldson and a stocked distance crew. Defending Class AAA State Champs St. Xavier will be right there on their heels.
