Day 2 Action at Indoor Nationals
Katherine Receveur, junior at Assumption and defending KYtrackXC.com Outdoor Distance Runner of the Year highlighted the Saturday action. She competed in the Emerging Elite One Mile Run finishing 2nd overall with a 4:57.24 which is a new PR at the Mile and converts to a 4:55 for the 1600m another best time.
Katherine also joined her teammates in the 4xMile Relay finishing 8th overall with a 21:21.82. duPont Manual was one spot back with a 21:25.26 and Bowling Green was 18th with a 21:51.08.
Bryan Station Frosh William Allen was the lone boy in action for Kentucky in the Freshman 400m Dash. He finished fourth overall with a 51.73.
