This year, the Lincoln Relays will feature the following events:
DMR
SMR
400H
1500m
4x100
300m
800m
5000m
4x400
Plus all field events.
Also, new this year, we will have a pentathlon, consisting of LJ, Shot, HJ, 200m & 800m.
We'll begin the meet at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
There will be no entry fee, and unlimited entries in all events (try to keep the 5K reasonable).
