Meet Information
North Laurel would like to invite you and your team to participate in the North Laurel High School Invitational and Area 8 Championships on Saturday, September 25th. The meet will be held on the beautiful campus of North Laurel. It is considered a challenging course with a good mix of hills and flats and a good spectator course. It will be two meets in one so all teams are invited to attend. Entries will be unlimited for each race but once all entries are in there may be a need for a Junior Varsity high school race. On-line entries are due by Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 8:00 p.m. Coaches information will be provided at the registration table.
9:30 a.m. Girls Varsity 5K $50 per team/$8 per individual
10:15 a.m. Boys Varsity 5K $50 per team/$8 per individual
10:55 a.m. Girls Middle School race 3K $40 per team/$6 per individual
11:20 a.m. Boys Middle School race 3K $40 per team/$6 per individual
11:45 a.m. Girls Elementary race 2K $35 per team/$6 per individual
12:00 p.m. Boys Elementary race 2K $35 per team/$6 per individual
We will operate on a rolling schedule. Checks need to be made to North Laurel High School Cross Country. If checks are mailed before the meet, please send them to: Rachel Gaynor, North Laurel High School, 1300 East Hal Rogers Parkway, London, KY 40741
Tents will be allowed in the grassy areas around the bus loop in front of the school.
Concession stand and restrooms will be available.
Parking: All buses will park in the bus loop in front of the school.
All parents and spectators will take the first right after entering campus and park in the loop next to the school. Admission will be $5.00 per carload (Please make your parents aware of this).
Directions to North Laurel: From I-75 North -- take Exit 41, turn right off the exit ramp. Go to the 3rd light and make a left into campus. From I-75 South -- take exit 41, turn left off of the exit ramp. Go to the 4th light and make a left into campus.
