We would like to invite everyone to what we hope will become an enduring tradition in Kentucky. Winchester is home to the New KTCCCA Running Museum and Hall of Fame. This has been an effort that has been in the works for over 10 years. To kick off Kentucky's only Museum dedicated to Running, George Rogers Clark High School Will be hosting the 2021 Hall of Fame Games. The meet will be conducted at GRC's New 8 lane track. On Friday we will be hosting a College Meet Invitational and on Saturday we will be hosting a High School Meet. We will also be hosting limited Middle School Races in the 1600m, 200m,shot and Long Jump respectively.
Please note the Saturday high school meet will begin at 5:00 PM.

Standard order for High School Races
COVID Protocol: We will be following the COVID protocols set by the Ohio Valley Conference. Completion of the Ohio Valley Conference COVID Attestation Certification by head athletic trainer prior to competing is required by each institution.
Contact Tracing: Anyone in attendance will need to report to the host any symptoms or positive COVID tests 48 hours after the completion of the meet.
Entry Deadline: Tuesday May 4, 6:00 PM EST entries will be closed.
Spectators: Spectators will be limited and social distancing guidelines will be in place. Masking/facial coverings will be required at all times for non-competitors. Admission will be charged $5 per adult, $2 for Students 12th grade and under below, Students age 10 and below are free.
Entries and Fees: Entries can be submitted at directathletics.com
$100 per gender (Minimum 10 competitors)$15 per individual
Spikes: Maximum spike length will be 1/4 inch pyramids
Implements: All implements must be weighed in before competition begins at the press box beside the javelin runway on the lower floor.
Starting Heights: Starting heights will be decided based on entries.
3 entries per event will be allowed per team in the High School Races and Middle School Races.
The College Race Entries will be unlimited. We ask that all teams schedule a walk through of the museum either before or after the meet by contacting the meet director.
Colleges competing must email a certificate of Insurance to the meet manager.
