Meet Information
The goal of the Middletown Track Series is to host a series of meets with quality competition, a limited schedule of events, and moderate field size so teams can bring all of their athletes and still have a reasonably short weekday meet. These meets will feature FAT live results with our timing partner DC Race Timing (www.dcracetiming.com).
Admission Fee: $5 (plus $1 fee for virtual ticketing)

All admission must be purchased through GoFan as this service is providing both our ticketing and our contact tracing service.

Once entries close we will post the heat sheets on the live results page. Athletes should identify their heat and lane before reporting to check in. Our goal is to have a "contact free" clerking process and also limit groups of people gathering unnecessarily.
Concessions will be available on-site.
JV Mini-Meet
The JV mini-meets will aim to conclude in about an hour. They are specifically designed for JV and developmental athletes. The schedule of events will be very limited, aiming to provide competitive opportunities for athletes that are not competing in varsity invitational meets.
Other events may be included depending on field size, requests, and the discretion of meet management. Feel free to ask, especially if you are willing to volunteer!

400m, 1600m, 100m, 800m, Throwers 2x50m
Long Jump, Shot Put
*We may utilize a waterfall for some sections of the 400m dash

Youth Mini-Meet
This Youth Mini-meet will aim to conclude in about 2 hours. The schedule of events will be very limited, aiming to provide a very concise competitive opportunity for elementary teams and individuals. These meets will feature FAT live results with our timing partner DC Race Timing (www.dcracetiming.com).
Depending on the field size of the afternoons preceding HS JV meet, youth athletes and spectators may not be able to enter the stadium until shortly before the meet begins. Coaches and athletes will be able to check-in and begin warming up in a designated team area, but may not be allowed in the stadium if the HS meet is near capacity.
Depending on the field size and number of entries some events may be broken up into elementary and middle school categories during competition and some may only be separated in the results.
Starting at approximately 6:00pm following the conclusion of the HS JV mini-meet and allowing some time for egress.
Schedule of events: 100m, 800m, 400m, 1600, Long Jump, Shot Put
*Some sections of the 400m may be run using a waterfall start. Some sections of the 100m may be contested without blocks.
