Meet Information
WVMS BEARCAT SERIES
Dates: Wednesdays ONLY (March 31, April 14, 21, 28, May 12)
Time: 5:00PM (Coach Meeting 4:45 at Finish Line)
Location: Walton-Verona Athletic Complex.
Cost: $60.00 per team. (Boys and Girls are two separate teams). For Teams OVER 25 athletes 2 separate teams fees will apply: For teams with less than 6 athletes a flat fee of $10.00 per athlete will be charged. Make all checks payable to WVHS Track & Field.
Participants: All public and private middle schools. Current COVID-19 Restrictions will apply.
COVID PROTOCOL: Current COVID-19 Restrictions will apply.
Parents/Spectators: 2 Spectator tickets per athlete.
Entries: Up to 4 entries in each event and 2 relay teams. 3 events maximum per athlete. All entries will be done online via Milesplit
Entry Deadline: Monday Evenings before each Meet
Scoring: No Team Scoring. We will use our LYNX system which features FAT.
Awards: No Awards
Running Events: Regular order of events. (Exception 100H and 4x800 will be switched) All heats are final. The 3200 will not be contested. May combine 4x800 relays. We will also run the 200 hurdles not 300 hurdles.
Field Events: All field events will be finals with 3 attempts. All rounds following round #1 will be on a rolling schedule. We will not contest the pole vault.
