Coaches,

We are looking forward to our meet next Tuesday and here are a few housekeeping things. We will not be doing entries and Adam will send out the numbers so make sure your roster is up to date. We only ask that you limit the number of long and triple jumpers to 8 per team- meaning 4 girls and 4 boys. (However, if you have 6 girls jumpers and 2 boys or any other combination of 8 that is fine)

ADMISSION: $5.00. Concessions will be available. All other spectators entering the facility will be temp checked and must complete a pre-screening form before being admitted.

Coaches and athlete pre-screening forms can be turned in by the coach at the coach's meeting. if you could pass the link and/or the pre-screening form to parents so they could have it completed prior to arrival that would be great.

For field events, there will be three (3) throws/attempts and no finals in the throws/horizontal jumps. In PV starting heights for girls/boys will be 5' and 6' respectively. HJ starting heights will be 4' and 5' for girls and boys.

We will look to combine boys and girls in the 4x800m relays, 1600m, and 3200m run, any other changes will be discussed at the coach's meeting.

Sorry, but due to KHSAA requirements, we will only host 7 teams at this all-comers, an Invitation with the password will be sent out to each team that has indicated they would like to attend. We would invite all teams that were interested in attending this meet to consider our invitational on April 30th as we can accommodate all that inquired about attending this meet.

There is a waiting list if a team can not attend, then I will notify the next team.

Coaches attending I will be sending detailed instructions concerning this meet as we get closer to the date. Please let me know asap if you can not attend for some reason.
