The meet will begin at 5:15pm with the following running and field events:
Running Events:
Distance Medley (1200 400 800 1600)
100/110 Hurdles
800
4x100
4x100 Throwers
Sprint Medley (100 100 200 400)
1600
4x400
Field Events:
Shot: Minimum measurement 20'/30'
Discus: Minimum Measurement 60'/90'
HighJump: Starting Height: 4'4/5'4
Long Jump: Minimum Measurement 12'/16'
Pole Vault
Triple Jump
*Maximum of 1 Relays per team, 3 entries in open events
There is a $35 per team (boys and girls separate teams) entry fee.

1 relay limit per team
Unlimited entries in running events only top 2 will score
Unlimited entries in field events only top 2 will score
Attendance:
At this time we will not be allowing any fan or supporter attendance. Coaches we ask that you limit your teams to ONLY those athletes competing. Once we have updated guidance, this will be revised, we are still awaiting capacity guidance and may need to cap this meet.
