The Kentucky

Track & Cross Country Coaches Association and DC Timing LLC invite you to

the Kentucky Indoor Collegiate, Saturday, February 20

Due to

facility limitations with COVID restrictions,we will not have any spectator attendance.We will limit the number of athletes to 600

and reserve the right to close any event or entries for the entire meet at the

time we have reached our limits.After

entries are closed and heats and flights set,there will be no changes, adds, or substitutions.

Order of

running events:4x800 Relay, 60 hurdles,

60, Mile, 400, DMR , 3000, 1000, 800, 600, 200, 4x400 Relay, 5000

Field

events: Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Weight Throw

Start time

10:00 AM

Entry

fees:$500 per gender. Entry fees must be paid online at
Direct Athletics

prior to final acceptance into the meet. Entry deadline February 12 Midnight.

Athletes may

not be entered in both the 3000 and 5000.Athletes may not be entered in more than one of the following: 1000,

800, 600.

Packet

pickup:Packets will be available at the

entrance to the venue.Athletes will be

admitted on their bib.Coaches must make

sure the athletes have their bibs before entering the facility.Packets will contain bibs and pins.

Athletes

must show bib number to enter.

At this time

there will be no spectator admission.

FACILITY:

** inch pyramid spikes only-athletes must go through a spike check before

competing. **Only athletes/coaches are allowed in the warm-up area. No team

camps in warm-up area. inch spike

packets of 15 spikes will be available for purchase for $4.00.

No chalk

marks are allowed on the Mondo surface.

No sport

drinks, soda, or other beverages are allowed on the sport surface.

T-shirts

will be available for purchase through our vendor Fine Designs.

Parking

fee:There will be a parking fee at the

facility.

Fully

Automatic Timing & results will be done using Finish Lynx Cameras

interfaced with Hy-Tek Meet Manager.

No radios,

glass containers, or alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facility.

SOCIAL

DISTANCING: Due to strict state rules governing COVID-19, we will enforce

social distancing at the competition venue as well as the seating areas. We will be following all State, City and

County guidelines.

Masks must

be worn be all.This is not an

option.Athletes must wear masks until

they get on the starting line.They may

then remove their mask, attach it to the wrist, neck, or put in a pocket or

waistband.Immediately after finishing

the race, they must put their mask back on.

There will

be no Coaches and/or Spectators in the Clerking area at any time. There will be

no team or individual warm-ups in the Clerking Area. Athletes participating in

running events should warm-up outside until 30 minutes prior to their event.

Preferred

lanes on the oval:5-6-4-3-2-1Preferred lanes in the short

sprints:4-5-3-6-2-7-1-8

NO SHARING

IMPLEMENTS OR RELAY BATONS. You must bring your own implements and relay batons

to compete. There will not be any house implements or relay batons to share due

to COVID-19 protocols. However, all implements must be weighed in and approved.

COMPETITOR

All athletes will be required to wear their bib numbers on the front of your

competition singlet at all times of competition. There is a ten-dollar ($10.00)

replacement fee for lost bib numbers. Replacement bib numbers can be purchased

at the clerking area.

IMPLEMENTS:

ATHLETES MUST BRING THEIR OWN IMPLEMENTS TO USE DURING COMPETITION.

PROTESTS:

Protests

relating to matters, which develop during the conduct of the meet, must be made

to the Referee and be filed at once, but in any case, not more than 30 minutes

after the result has been announced. Protests MUST be filed in writing and

presented to the Meet Director accompanied by a cash deposit of $100.00. The

Referee shall consider all available official evidence. When the Referee

renders his/her decision, there is still the right of appeal to the Jury of

Appeals. The jury's decision is final. If the protest is denied, the cash

deposit will be forfeited. PROTESTS CONCERNING JUDGMENT CALLS WILL NOT BE

ACCEPTED.

All Running

events will start at the designated time listed.

All Field

Events will follow schedule below. This is a rolling schedule. Listen to

announcements for calls to your Field Event. Any athlete who does not check-in

before their designated flight starts will be scratched from the event. Field

Event athletes who have a conflict with a running event will be released by the

Field Event Official - ONLY - at the appropriate time. Field Event athletes

will have 10 minutes to return to the field event once they have checked out.If the athlete does not return and their name

is called for an attempt, it will be marked as a PASS and the athlete will lose

that attempt.

Athletes

should bring their own water bottles.

Hand

sanitizer gel will not be allowed on the Mondo floor:The host will need to provide hand sanitizing

wipes on the Mondo floor for athletes especially before handling starting

blocks.We will provide hand sanitizing wipes for

throwing implements unless the thrower throws and retrieves his/her own

implement (it is recommended athletes do not share implements unless the

implements are sanitized between uses)

Hand sanitizer gel may only be used in meet

management, official's hospitality and suites:Large hand sanitizing stations in the concourse

Masks are

mandatory to enter the facility.Athletes will only remove their masks at the starting line once directed

to do so by the starter or right before an attempt in a field event.All athletes will immediately put their masks

back on at the completion of their attempt.Runners will immediately put their mask back on upon finishing their

race.
