Meet Information
The Trigg County Invitational has been held every year since the late 1970's. For the past several years, it has been held in honor of the late Fenton Dawson, who was and outstanding alumni of Trigg County Cross Country. Fenton tragically died in the Lexington Comair Crash of 2006.
LOCATION: West Cadiz Park
FAST - Flat and shady course. Very Spectator Friendly
RACE DISTANCE: 5000m for Varsity Girls & Boys
START: Wave Starts of 45 Runners Per Wave Max
ENTRY LIMITS: Teams May Enter a Maximum of 10 Athletes Per Race. Each Race will have a Maximum Capacity of 180 Entries (Approx. 18 Teams).
ENTRY DEADLINE: Thu. Oct. 1st @ 11:59pm

Varsity Girls Team = $45
Varsity Boys Team = $45
Individual Entries (Less Than 5 Runners) = $10 Per Runner

7:30 Coaches Meeting
8:00 Girls Varsity Black followed by Boys Varsity Black (7th - 12th Grade)
10:30 Girls Varsity Silver followed by Boys Varsity Silver (7th - 12th Grade)
AWARDS: Top 20 Individuals for Each Race / 1st - 3rd Place Teams. Coaches can Pick-up Award Packets at the Conclusion of the Meet.
PARKING: FREE
SPECTATORS: Spectators WILL be Permitted at the Event. ALL Spectators are Required to Wear Masks and Adhere to Social Distancing Guidelines upon Arrival to and for the Duration of the Meet. Failure to Comply with Guidelines will Result in Ejection from the Meet Venue.
CONCESSIONS: Limited concessions will be available for purchase.
