Parking- Easiest access for buses and spectators would be to park at the top parking lot, and athlete drop off at the yellow gate next to the school. Handicap parking will be available at the bottom lot, but due to baseball game also going on, parking at the bottom lot will be extremely limited.
Admission: Adults -$5, students $3
Tents/ team areas- For Team Tent areas, may be easiest if you place your teams, etc towards the top of the stadium, the closer to the track tents are places, is does limit the viewing.
Plan to have a coaches meeting at 5:15 on Tuesday, with field events starting at 5:30. . Coaches packet will be picked up then, with one ticket each for each head coach for a meal from our concession stand.
SCORING: Individuals 6-4-3-2-1 Relays: 6-4-2
ENTRY LIMITATIONS: UNLIMITED ENTRIES IN INDIVIDUALS. YOU MAY ENTER TWO RELAYS IN ALL RELAYS. (only 2 individuals and 1 team will score in events).
ENTRY FEE: There is $60 fee per school (includes both boys and girls). Fee covers official/timing/starter costs/Field Event Officials

SEND ENTRIES TO: Please send your roster to shawn.thornbury@ashland.kyschools.us by Saturday March, 21st, 2020- NO EXCEPTIONS. Entries will be on Mile Split.

Pole Vault (B/G Combined Starting Height 6-0) Starts at 5:15 pm
Also at 5:30 pm Unified Shot and Unified Long Jump ( non scoring)
