Meet Information
We would like to thank you for your interest in competing in the 1st Annual Olmsted Middle School Invitational. The meet will take place at Iroquois High School. We look forward to early competition in the season.

Admission:The cost of attending the Invitational is $5 per person, $3 Students, children 10 and under are free. Concessions will be open during the meet
Concessions: Full Concessions available for purchase
Team Entry Fee:
Each School will need to submit $50 per boys and girls teams registered ($100 per school). Fee will cover the cost of timer, starter, and awards.Mail Entry Fee Checks to Olmsted Academy South, 5650 Southern Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40214 att: Nina Stivers
Entries:
Each school is able to enter 3 athletes per event. 4 athletes per Open event.Teams may enter up to 2 Relay teams. Teams are also able to enter 4 athletes per field event. Entries due by 8pm Sunday March 22nd via KYMileSplit. If you have questions regarding your entries email David Flaugher atdflaugher@dcracetiming.com. There will be NO ADDITIONS on Meet Day. All entries must be submitted prior to the meet.
Meet Time:
Track open for warmups- 4:30pm
Coaches Meeting- 5:15pm
Field Events begin- 5:15pm
Running Events begin- 5:30pm (90 min Open Pit)
