Meet Information

4th Annual GRC Heavy Metal Throwdown Invitational

George Rogers Clark (GRC) will be hosting its first high school track meet at its new facility on Saturday April 4, in Winchester, Ky. We hope to continue the tradition of this being a first rate Invitational on our new outdoor track. Please mark your calendars and attend this meet. We will also highlight a section of our sport that sometimes is over looked that being the throwing events.

The past several years we had numerous State and Regional Champions from Kentucky and Ohio participate in the meet in a multitude of events which have lead to many meet records that could stand for years to come. But who's to say more won't be set this year.

GRC has a brand new eight-lane track, and an artificial turf field. Concessions, T-shirt sales and public restrooms will also be available.
