Timer/Entries - Adam Friend will serve as the FAT Timer and entries should be done via milesplit.

Meet Guidelines: A maximum of 4 athletes per event, per school (distance events unlimited) and two relay teams per school. All schools must have a KHSAA certified representative and KHSAA rules will be enforced. There will be no entry additions on the day of the meet. All entries are done via MileSplit, a hytek roster will not suffice.
Admission: There will be a 5.00 charge for spectators for admission.
Concessions: Full concessions will be available.
Other Information: Only athletes participating in the meet and coaches are permitted in competition areas. Parents/spectators should remain in designated spectator areas. Only athletes who are participating or warming up for an upcoming event should be on the field to avoid an influx of athletes entering/exiting the track during competition. Athletes should enter the track at designated gates only. Jumping the fence can result in disqualification from competition. No chewing gum is permitting in the competition area and spikes should not be worn in the bathroom.
Please let your long/triple jumpers know we have fiberglass boards and they can become slick when wet. We have replaced these boards this year, and I am hopeful it will resolve this issue, but plan accordingly. If wet, it is quite often safer to compete in training shoes instead of spikes. We try to have parents covering all areas so coaches can focus on coaching, but we may request some help on meet days in some field events and exchange zones.
