Meet Information

Eastern HS is excited to invite elementary school teams to our brand new facility opening in the Spring of 2020 (now featuring stripes)! This meet is open to any elementary school teams (grades 5 and under). The entry fee for each team is $40. One check may be issued in the amount of $80 for both teams (boys and girls together). Individuals can enter for $10. Any fees not paid on/before meet day will be charged a $20 collection fee. Please make checks payable to Eastern Track Boosters and mail to Eastern High School c/o Mike Horan, 12400 Old Shelbyville Rd., Louisville, KY 40243.

Interested teams/coaches, please register on milesplit to be included in future correspondence. We will accept entries until Wednesday, March 11th unless the meet fills before that.

Each athlete is limited to a maximum of 4 events. All events will be broken up by grade division, races and awards will be scored separately.

Coaches, If you are not certain what events your athletes will participate in please enter them in the 100m and we can be flexible on which events they will run. We will allow athletes to run up to 4 events. Entering specific events in advance will help us plan and will ensure that your experienced athletes are seeded properly, but it is only required that your athletes are entered in something to ensure they get a bib number.


Admission will be charged to all spectators: $5.00 for adults. Concessions will be available.

Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 places in each event and division. There will also be 1st and 2nd place team trophies.

Entries will be submitted electronically via milesplit.

Competitor numbers will be assigned and emailed to coaches prior to the meet. They will also be available in the packets handed out at the coaches meeting. Every athlete must be entered in milesplit. Any teams adding athletes to the roster on meet day will be charged $10/athlete (in addition to the entry fee) but this convenience will only be allowed on a small scale. We will not allow entire teams or large groups of athletes to enter on meet day.
