Meet Information
Monday Meets in Middletown is a series of meets with quality competition, a limited schedule of events, and moderate field size so teams can bring all of their athletes and still have a reasonably short weekday meet. These meets will feature team scoring and FAT live results with our timing partner DC Race Timing (www.dcracetiming.com).
Tentative Schedule (we may consider varying the schedule from week to week depending on the needs of the attending teams):
- 5:30pm Start Time
- 4 x 100m relay
- 1600m run
- 100/110m hurdles
- 100m dash
- 400m dash
- 800m run
- 300m hurdles
- 200m dash
- 4 x 400m relay (4x400m relay won't run if the meet is tracking to finish after 7:30pm)
All field events
Long Jump, Triple Jump (will follow LJ), High Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus(will follow shot put)
Unless field size dictates otherwise we will run field events starting at 5:30pm.
Athletes will get 3 jumps/throws in open pit style competition.
Concessions will be available on-site.
We also encourage participants to consider enjoying dinner with our restaurant partner (tbd) who will donate a portion of your meal price back to the Eastern Track Boosters.
Entry Fee: $50 per school or $10 per athlete (for schools with fewer than 5 athletes)
