Pay Registraion/Admission
The Greater Louisville Cross Country Series is for elementary and middle schools. The weekly series features middle school (6-8) and elementary (5th&U, 3rd&U, 1st&U) divisions. Races are on Mondays at Charlie Vettiner Park in Louisville, except for the weeks of Labor Day and JCPS Fall Break. Races are on Wednesdays of those weeks. There will be eight regular season races, followed by a championship race.
Team Registration and Entries
Register your team and all entries in week one, whether you will attend week one or not. We will use these entries to issue numbers to athletes for the entire series. If you add a runner to your team after week one, email the athletes information to glccseries@gmail.com and they will be added and assigned a number.

Aug. 19, Aug. 26, Sept. 4, Sept. 9, Sept. 16, Sept. 23, Sept. 30, Oct. 9, Oct 14 (Championship)
Oct. 21 will serve as a makeup date. If a race is postponed during the season, each race will be pushed back one week and the championship race will be Oct. 21.
Cost
The series is free to schools.

Athlete Registration/Admission
Registration/Admission for families (2 runners) will cost $70. If a family has 3+ runners, cost is $95. State law requires a sales tax to be applied. Parents will make payment online at the link below. Link is also posted at the top of the page. Payment must be received by Friday, Aug. 16 to be issued a number for the series opener, Aug. 19. Payment can be made after Aug. 16, but a competitor number will not be issued until payment has been received and no one registering after Aug. 16 will receive a T-shirt (T-Shirts will be ordered Aug. 17).
Pay Registration/Admission
We will compare coaches' entries with the registered athletes. Any athlete not registered, but entered by the coach, will not be issued a number to compete until payment is made.
Each runner gets a T-shirt. The fee also covers admission for the entire family to all 9 races.
Cost covers park and gazebo rental, portable restrooms, timer, event staff, awards, insurance, course equipment and supplies, Polaris and maintenance, security, medical staff, and more.
Teams wanting to compete in 1-3 races, but not the series
Teams not competing in the entire series will not count toward point totals or awards. Teams wishing to compete in 1-3 races only will be charged $5 per runner entered, per date. Checks can be made to GLCC and sent to the following address:

Awards
All-Star awards will be given to the Top 10 point earners in each division.
Top 25 medals will be given during the championship race.
Top 3 teams receive awards during the championship race.
Top 2 teams from the regular season earn awards.
Will will also issue Runner of the Year awards for Elementary and Middle School based on top point earners.
Tentative Race Schedule
Racing starts at 5:30 for the first four weeks and will be moved to 5:15 for the final weeks.
Once racing begins, we will follow a rolling schedule, as follows:
