East Ridge High School XC Hosts
Second Annual Run Between the Forks Invitational - XC trail at Lick Creek, KY 10:00AM
Elementary: 3rd - 6th grades, 1 mile run
Middle School: 7th - 8th grades, 2 mile run
High School: 9th - 12 grades (7th and 8th can run up on HS team), 5k Run
High Schools: $50 entry fee per team, or $90 per school if bringing both boys and girls team, Elementary and Middle Schools: $50 Per School (ie if XYZ elementary and Middle School brings boys and girls teams they would owe $50 total) Individuals: $10. Make checks payable to: East Ridge High School Cross Country. ** PAYMENT must be received prior to the meet, or the morning of the meet, or the runners will not be allowed to participate **
Minimum For a team for Elementary and Middle School - 3 athletes
Minimum for a team for High School - 5 athletes
We will score the top 3 for elementary and Middle, top 5 for High school.
AWARDS will be given out for:
Elementary Girls Team 1st Place and runner up
Elementary Boys Team 1st Place and runner up
Middle School Girls Team 1st Place and runner up
Middle School Boys Team 1st Place and runner up
Varsity Womens Team 1st Place and runner up
Varsity Mens Team 1st Place and runner up
Top Overall Runner for Elementary, Middle, and High school
1st - 5th top runners for Elementary and Middle School girls and boys
1st - 5th top runners for Varsity Womens and Mens
Directions to the Trail:
Traveling East on US 460, a quarter mile past ERHS, turn left onto KY 1373 (Marked with a Green highway sign East Ridge High School Cross Country Trail). Travel 3 miles, there will be a parking lot on the right, the trails start on the left.
Parking instructions for buses will be given the day of the meet.
Registration for this meet will end Thursday September 12, at 6:00
