The oldest Elementary/Middle School Meet in the Louisville Area. This will be our 23rd year.

We were the 1st meet to have "pump up" music added to the meet.

This Meet is very spectator friendly.

Directions

(From Hurstbourne Pkwy & Taylorsville Rd,) Take Taylorsville road east to Waterson trail

Turn right on Waterson Trail go 2 blocks

Turn left on Billtown rd, go 2 miles

Turn left on Mary Dell to Vettiner Park

From Snyder Freeway take Billtown Rd exit, go north 2 miles turn right on Mary Dell Rd.



GATE


There will be an admission/donation charge - $3 Adults, $1 students (non-runners)

Gates fees will help support 2 local charities.

IMPORTANT: PARKING IS LIMITED

PLEASE FOLLOW PARKING ATTENDANTS INSTRUCTIONS WHEN ENTERING THE PARK. PLEASE CAR POOL IF POSSIBLE!

No adding runners race day.

ENTRY FEES


$3.00 per runner or $180 (max) per school with 60 or more total runners.

Entry fees will be collected the day of the race. or you can mail to Kenny Stottman 2104 Mammoth Way Louisvill Ky 40299 (Make check payable to St Edward )

1ST & 2ND place team trophies for all races. (except 2nd & under open races, no team awards)

Note: The 2nd grade & under races are the most crowded, so we added an open race. If you have more than 7 runners enter your extras in the open race. You may also enter any new, less experienced runners to the open race. There are unlimited entries in all other races.





RULES


Runners must run in their grade level (no running up)

No Team scores for Club Teams (They can still earn individual awards)

All CSAA team members must go to the school or be active members of their parish and up to date on all their sacraments.

Top 4 from each school score. 1 team per school in each race (unlimited runners)
