Dear Track Coach:
Notre Dame Academy extends an invitation to the Diocese of Covington High Schools varsity track teams to compete in the 40th Annual Diocese of Covington Track Championships.
The meet will be held on Wednesday March 28, 2018, beginning at 4:00 p.m.
All events are finals, and we will include Triple Jump and Pole Vault.
Teams will be limited to 2 competitors per individual event and 1 team per relay event.
The entry fee will be $80.00 per team (boys and girls separately). Please bring with you or send your entry fee (payable to Notre Dame Academy) to Notre Dame Academy, Attn: Myanna Webster, 1699 Hilton Drive, Park Hills, KY 41011.
Points will be awarded on the basis of 10,8,6,4,2,1 in all events.
A team championship trophy and runner-up trophy will be presented to the two top teams.
Medals will be awarded to the top three places in each event.
Entries will be done on MileSplit. Entry deadline is March 25 @ 11:00pm
We plan to recognize long time NDA head coach Jim Parsons for his contribution and service to NDA at 3:30p.
We will have the coaches meeting at 3:50p.
Like last year, we are planning to recognize each team's seniors at this Diocesan Meet. Please email the names of the seniors who will be participating in the meet to websterm@ndapandas.org. There will not be any type of ceremony, but we will announce the seniors' names at the start of the meet and include them in the meet program.
