2017 Chick-fil-A Invitational hosted by West Jessamine High School
Venue: Asbury University

Course will be open for warmups at 8:00 AM.
HS Starting Times
HS Reserve (mixed, no limit if entering varsity team) 4K - 9:00 AM
HS Varsity Girls 5K - 9:30 (limit 10 runners)
HS Varsity Boys 5K - 10:15 (limit 10 runners)
High School Awards - Presented by the Chick-fil-A Cow immediately after the HS Varsity Boys race (approximately 11:00). Team trophies will be unique 3 foot tall Chick-fil-A Cow trophies.

Middle School Girls 3K - 11:15

Middle School Awards - Presented by the Chick-fil-A Cow immediately after the elementary races (approx. 12:20)
Middle School - Top 2 teams and top 20 individuals for boys/girls.

Entry Fees (checks payable to West Jessamine Running Boosters, can be hand delivered the day of the meet). Coaches mailing in entry fees will receive a Swag Bag and coupons for coaches meals if received by September 27th. Mailing address is listed below.
HS Varsity Races - $50 per gender (limit 10 athletes)
HS Reserve Races - $25 per gender (cannot enter Reserve unless entering Varsity)
MS Races - $40 per gender (no limit)
Elementary Races - $30 per gender (no limit)
If you are entering all races (HS/JV/MS/ELE) the maximum fee is $150. Total amount must be paid with ONE CHECK from your school or boosters program.
This has historically been a challenging course and will be a great mid-season test closing out the month of September. There will be lots of give-aways by our sponsor, Chick-fil-A. Concessions will be available, as well as t-shirts (pre-order only).
