10:00 am Girls Varsity 5000 meters
10:40 am Boys Varsity 5000 meters
11:10 am Girls JR Varsity 5000 meters
11:45 am Boys JR Varsity 5000 meters
12:20 pm Girls Middle School 3000 meters
12:50 pm Boys Middle School 3000 meters
1:20 pm Girls 6th and under 3000 meters
1:50 pm Boys 6th and under 3000 meters
Entry Fees: Entry Fee deadline is Tuesday September 12, 2017 (post mark)
6th & under $50.00 Entry Fee per team of 7 (then $3 per additional athlete unlimited entries)
Middle School $50.00 Entry Fee per team of 7 (then $3 per additional athlete unlimited entries)
JR Varsity $60.00 Entry Fee per team of 7 (then $3 per additional athlete unlimited entries)
Varsity $60.00 Entry Fee per team of 7 (then $3 per additional athlete unlimited entries)
*** For all races, if you do not have 5 athletes to make a team, then the cost will be $10 per athlete.
Rules:
For entry fees boy and girl teams are considered TWO teams.
Awards: Team and Individual
6th and under 1st & 2nd place teams Awards through number 15th place
Middle school 1st & 2nd place teams Awards through number 15th Place
JR Varsity 1st & 2nd place teams Awards through number 15th Place
Varsity 1st & 2nd place teams Awards through number 15th Place

All entries will be done online at KYmilesplit. E-mail your entry questions to Zach Wilder at zach@wilderresults.com.
To compete in this event athletes must race with the school team they attend (per KHSAA guidelines)
Please enter the Horse Park at the main entrance, go around the roundabout to Cigar Lane. From Cigar Lane, take a left on Walt Robinson Road. Follow Walt Robinson Road and parking attendants will direct you to the designated parking area. PLEASE park in the designated parking area only.
The Horse Park reserves the right to handle all food concessions. The Horse Park determines prices as well as items sold. The Park will be charging $5 for parking.
There will be an admission fee for spectators. Please inform your runners parents of this. This fee helps us pay for the use of the Horse Park. This year we will charge $5.00 per person for admission fee.
