Meet Information
In the event that you have any questions concerning the online registration process, please do the following in the order prescribed:

Coaches,
The KHSAA Class AA, Region 3Track and Field Championship meet will be held at North Oldham High School on Thursday, May 11, 2017.
Entry Fee: $100 due on Meet day.
The top two in each event will automatically qualify for the KHSAA State Track and Field Championships to be held on FridayMay 19, at the University of Kentucky.
Any non-qualifiers whose performance places them in the top 10 at-large from all regional meets will also advance to the state meet.

The officialwill need to collect the following form from you prior to the meet:
TR120 Approved use of inhaler form (only need this if you have athletes that require it)
All regional entries should be entered into MileSplitby 9:00pm on Sunday, May 7. If you enter after this time, the KHSAA imposes a $100 fine for late entry. Initial performance lists will be sent out by 9:00pm on Monday, May 8. Any challenges to marks on the performance lists must be received by 9:00pm on Tuesday, May 9. Any changes after these deadlines must be a case of documented medical emergency.
The time schedule for the regional is below. All running events are heats against time with the fast heat running last. There will be a coaches meeting at the finish line area at 5:00pm.
Please do not arrive to the North Campus until 4:15. Busses can drop off athletes at the gate and then park in front of the High School main entrance by the baseball field.
We will have a tent city located behind the concession stand. NO TENTS ON THE BLEACHERS.
Packet pick up will be at the gate. In your packet with be heat sheets, athletes numbers, and a trash bag for your team. Hospitality room will be provided for Coaches. Awards can be picked up at the end of the meet by a coach.
