TEAMS: Boyle County, DuPont Manual, Highlands, Lexington Catholic, Sacred Heart, Shelby County and Trinity
TIME: 10:30 Field Events/11:00 Running Events Meet will follow the Regional Meet time schedule
COACHES MEETING: 10:15 at the starting line
ENTRY FEE: Boys team - $50/Girls team - $50. One entry is considered a team (No exceptions).
SCORING: Top eight places (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1)
AWARDS: The top boys team and top girls team will receive a championship award.
FACILITIES: Eight lane recently resurfaced, rubberized 400 meter track. All runways are also rubberized.
WARM-UP: Field event pits will be open for warm-up until 10:15. The track will be open for warm-ups until 10:45.
DEADLINE: Entry Fee is due by February 24, 2017. Mail fees to Boyle County Track & Field, 1637 Perryville Rd, Danville, KY 40422
ENTRIES: Event entries are due to Leslie Smith at lesliesmith@att.net no later than Midnight, Monday, March 20.
Teams will be allowed to bring up to three (3) athletes in all running events 400 m and down, and up to four (4) athletes in all running events 800 m and up. Each team may enter up to two relays. Finally, all teams may enter as many as three (3) athletes in each field event.
Heats will be assigned by time in all individual running events. For relay events each team will be guaranteed a spot for its fastest entered relay in the hot heat. Thereafter all relay heat slots will be filled according to time. Preliminary jump flights will be filled based on entry height/distance. The top 9 performers from all preliminary flights will compete in a finals flight.

DIRECTIONS:
From Louisville: Take 1-64 E to Exit 48 Lawerenceburg/Graefenburg/KY 151. Follow KY 151 S to US 127. Continue on US 127 through Lawrenceburg and Harrodsburg until you reach the Boyle County Fairgrounds entrance. Turn left into the Fairgrounds and follow the drive way to the back right hand corner of the property and the entrance to the Boyle County Track & Field Complex.
From Lexington: Take US 127 South to KY 34. Follow KY 34 and State Hwy 2168 to US 127 in Danville. Continue on US 127 until you reach the Boyle County Fairgrounds entrance. Turn left into the Fairgrounds and follow the drive way to the back right hand corner of the property and the entrance to the Boyle County Track & Field Complex.
