CENTRAL HARDIN FAIRGROUNDS FRENZY
Coaches,
I would like to invite you to the 27th annual Central Hardin Invitational September 17th, 2016 and the 6th Annual Fairgrounds Frenzy! The Hardin County Fair Grounds on 31W in Glendale is a very fan friendly course. The Middle school teams will run one loop around the perimeter of the fairgrounds, while Varsity and J.V. or Reserve teams will run another approximately half loop. Elementary will run 1 large loop on the front part of the Hardin County Fairgrounds.

If you want to run more than the listed amount please pay the individual rates over or pay for second team. We will be able to put everyone on the same starting line.
Coaches -
Please note that the Elementary and Middle School Distances have changed a bit due to construction on our our course.
The Elementary is 1900 meters and the Middle School is 2850 meters.
Wanted to let everyone know if advance as a point of reference toward other meets.
The High School Course is 5000 meters.
Please mail all checks to CHHS - Attn: Tim Pennington (Address at the bottom of this letter) with checks made out to CHHS Cross Country.

*Teams for the Varsity race can be up to 10 runners. Junior Varsity and Middle School teams are 15 runners and Elementary division is 20 runners. If entering a JV Team, you must also enter a Varsity Team. You may enter more than one JV team as well as Middle School and Elementary.
NO Parking or admissions fees for Spectators Please No Pets!!
Concessions will be available on site as well as a customized T-shirts
Registration will be online thru ky.milesplit.com
Awards:
Varsity team awards will be given to the top 3 teams. All other events the top 2 teams will receive trophies. The top 7 individuals from each race will receive a medal.
^^This is our 3rd year that we will feature a Special Team Award for the Hardin vs. Warren County Challenge. Teams participating for Hardin County and Warren County will have scores combined provided even number of teams on each side and the lowest score wins County Challenge and the team with the lowest score for the winning team will take home the Hardin vs. Warren County Challenge for the girls and boys team. ^^This special award will only be awarded only if 2 or more teams from each county are racing in the Varsity Meets.
