Please note 8:30 AM Start Time. Also, note that rolling start will be used if hot and humid weather is present. This is to protect athletes and spectators. Race Official is Craig Hopkins.

Race Schedule:
8:30 AM Boys High School 5K
9:15 AM Girls High School 5K
10:00 AM Boys Middle School 2.5 k
10:45 AM Girls Middle School 2.5 k
11:30 AM Elementary Fun Run Mile (boys & girls 5th grade and under)

* Rolling start may be used. For example, Girls HS will commence once course is clear of high school boys. This will be done to minimize heat related injuries.


Scoring: Races will be scored using Hy-Tek Meet Manager. Schools may enter up to 15
runners but will only receive one team score. Each team with over 15 runners will be
charged an additional $10.00 per runner.

The meet will be held on the old course.
The old course starts on the practice soccer field and ends on the game soccer field. This
field is on the left as you enter the school grounds. Bus parking will be in the teacher's
parking lot near the fields. Tent City area will be clearly marked.

Awards:
High School Boys & Girls: Trophies to the top 3 teams. T-shirts will be awarded to the
top 15 in both boys and girls varsity. The overall winner of boy's and girl's varsity will also receive a trophy.
Middle School Boys & Girls: Trophies to the top 2 teams. T-shirts to the top 15
finishers and a trophy to the overall winner. Elementary runners will receive medals.

A limited number of t-shirts will be available for sale at the meet.
Concessions will also be available.
