Meet Information
Dear Coach,
We would like to cordially invite you to participate in the 60th Annual Trinity Valkyrie Invitational (The Oldest Meet in KY), which will be held at EP Tom Sawyer State Park (home of the 2015 NCAA National Championships), in Louisville, on September 19th & 20th.
NEW SEEDED RACE
In the past three years alone our level of elite performances has included 12 teams to qualify for Nike Cross Nationals, 35 teams to win their State Championships, and 25 individual state champions. Therefore, with such an outstanding elite field we have added both a Mens and Womens Seeded Race. The Seeded Race is designed for those teams that will be competing for a state title of their respective state.
TEXT ALERTS & MILE SPLITS
This year when you register you will have the option to enter your cell phone number and receive all of your runners official times via text. For the High School races we will also be having chip timing mats at both the mile and two mile allowing you to see your athletes mile splits.
HIGH SCHOOL REGIONAL DIVISION
All teams will be placed in geographic divisions that match their NXN region. Awards will be based on a teams performance in their division but overall combined awards will be given as well.
THE UNDER ARMOUR FESTIVAL
Joining the celebration of the Trinity Valkyrie Invitational will be the Under Armour Festival featuring door prizes and merchandise. Under Armour will also be available support to coaches, runners, and parents.

ENTRIES: Please register for all races at theccinvite.com for our online entry. The deadline for entries is September 14th, however, those teams that register before September 2nd will receive a $10 discount. Coaches can adjust their rosters until 9/14 if they registered early. Teams that register for the seeded race will be reviewed upon their registration.
CHECKS: Please make all checks payable to Trinity High School Athletic Department. Mail to Chad Waggoner, c/o Trinity High School, 4011 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40207.
AWARDS: Team awards including Under Armour shirts and team trophies in the high school races will be given to the top teams in their divisions (Southern or Midwest Division) per race. Individual awards are the top 20 in each race. In the grade school races the top teams will receive Under Armour shirts and team trophies as well.
