Time: 9:00 a.m. Girls Varsity Distance: 5000 meters
9:40 a.m. Boys Varsity 5000 meters
10:10 a.m. Girls and Boys Reserve 5000 meters
10:50 a.m. Girls Middle School 3000 meters
11:20 a.m. Boys Middle School 3000 meters
11:50 a.m. Girls 6th and under 3000 meters
12:20 p.m. Boys 6th and under 3000 meters
Entry Fees: Team Individuals
6th and under $40.00/no limit $10.00
Middle School $40.00/no limit $10.00
Reserve $45.00/team of 10 $10.00
Varsity $50.00/team of 7 $10.00
Rules: You may run 10 in the reserve race; however, you must enter a varsity team in order to enter a reserve team.
For team scoring, middle school and 6th and under teams must be school teams.
Awards: Team Individuals
6th and under- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams Trophies through number 20
Middle school- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams Trophies through number 20
Reserve- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams Trophies through number 20
Varsity- 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams Trophies through number 30
Deadline: September 15, 2012 ***There will be a $15 late fee for any entries received after the 15th.

All entries MUST be done on Hytek Team Manager or Team Manager Lite. No paper or faxed entries will be accepted. The Event file will be available on the list-serve, at www.ktccca.org, or contact fmiklavcic@aol.com.
E-mail your entries to fmiklavcic@aol.com. Also, please e-mail CoachKellyLewis@hotmail.com which races you plan to enter and how many runners you will have in each race.

**Please enter the Horse Park at the main entrance, go around the roundabout to Cigar Lane. From Cigar Lane, take a left on Walt Robinson Road. Follow Walt Robinson Road and parking attendants will direct you to the designated parking area. PLEASE park in the designated parking area only.
The Horse Park reserves the right to handle all food concessions. The Horse Park determines prices as well as items sold.
There will be an admission fee for spectators. Please inform your runners parents of this. This fee helps us pay for the use of the Horse Park.
This year we will charge $5.00 per person. Thanks!!!!
