Tates Creek Commodore Classic
April 14th 2012
Thank you for your interest in attending the Tates Creek Commodore Classic. Please email Hytek Team manager files to Phil Wilder at p1wilder@windstream.net by April 10th. Faxed or written entries will not be accepted.
Competitor numbers will be assigned and emailed to coaches prior to the meet. They will also be available in the packets handed out at the coaches meeting.
Where: Tates Creek High School Track, 1111 Centre Parkway, Lexington, KY 40517
Start Time: Coaches Meeting 10:00am
Pole Vault 10:30am
Field Events 11:00am
Track Events 11:00am
Cost: Entry Fee is $75 per team (boys and girls will count as two teams). Please make checks payable to TCHS Track and Field and mail them to
TCHS attn Chris Hawboldt/ Track and Field

You may also bring them on the day of the meet.
Meet Format: Running and field events will be in the regular order on a rolling schedule.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Awards: There will be a team awards for the 1st and 2nd place teams on the girls and the boys side. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event with ribbons for fourth through sixth.
Entries: Each team may enter 2 athletes per event and 1 relay team. Athletes may only be entered into 4 events total including relays.
Admission: to the track will be $5 for adults and $2 for children
Concessions will be sold at the meet
