Can a list of start times for last year's races be posted as a guide for approximate start times for this year? I know it depends on a lot of factors, but that would be helpful for rough approximations.

@hclemons 2018 KTCCCA State Track Meet Reminders and information about what to expect on Saturday May 26, 2018 for the KTCCCA State Track Meet at University of Louisville Cardinal Park. Gates open at 8:30 AM. Events begin at 10:00 AM. SAFETY FIRST The safety of our athletes, coaches, officials and staff are our priority. In the event of inclement weather or a delay due lightening, everyone will be evacuated to the parking structure across the street from the track or to the Student Activities Center across from the north end of the track. No one will be allowed to remain at the track complex. We will wait thirty minutes after the last sighting of lightening, then resume. There are no plans to postpone the meet. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION • If you bring your entry fee check to the meet, make sure you include the $50.00 per gender late fee. • Deadline for changes in individual events is Thursday May 24, 2018 at 6:00 PM ET. This is because of the minimum performance requirement for all athletes. You may run any athlete with their own bib number on a relay, but there will only be scratches on all running and field events Saturday, no substitutions will be allowed in individual events. • Packet pickup will be at the south end of the track by the finish line in the room to the left as you walk up to the south gate. Your athletes must wear their number on the front to get in and out of the track access areas. If you need a new bib number, the cost will be $10 at the packet pickup room. Passes will be wrist bands in your packet. Wrist bands gain you admission to the meet only; they do not give you access to the track or infield. Coaches passes will be based on the number of athletes competing from the school, girls and boys combined. o 1-6 athletes 1 pass o 7-12 athletes 2 passes o 13-24 athletes 3 passes o 25 or more athletes 4 passes • Please check your packets for the correct bibs. Make sure your athletes wear the correct bib. Names are on labels on the bibs. • All heats will be pre-seeded before the meet. Check LIVE RESULTS for heat and lane assignment. SITE INFORMATION • Admission is $7.00 per person; pre-school aged children are free. Tickets can be purchased at the north end of the stadium by the Lenny Lyles statue. Paying customers will receive a wrist band that will allow you in and out of the stadium as well as the area outside the fence and around the back side of the track by the long jump pits. Athletes can enter wearing their bib number to enter the stadium. Make sure you distribute bibs to your athletes before you go in the stadium. • $5.00 parking is available in the parking structure across the street from the track as well as other nearby lots. Be sure to advise fans not to try to stop on Arthur Street. We will have police officer monitoring that area. • Bus drop off is at McDonald’s on Warnock, which is now known as University Blvd. Best way to unload bus is to come north on South Floyd to Warnock (University Blvd.) and turn right and drop off. @official will there be any tents in the infield for athletes waiting to run to stand under? It’s gonna be hot and sometimes they are waiting for 30 minutes.
